Privacy policy

LottoAIPredictor for iPhone · Effective from 5 September 2026

In short. We do not process any personal data about you. LottoAIPredictor is built so that your data stays on your device:

1. Who is behind the app

LottoAIPredictor is developed and operated by t1mcode (Norway). We do not collect information about you: the app has no user account, no login and no tracking, and t1mcode keeps no register of who uses it. The only things that reach our services are technical connection data in an operations log that is deleted after one week (section 3), and messages you choose to send us through the contact form (section 9).

This policy explains what lives on your phone, what travels over the network, and what Apple and Google do on their own as providers of the App Store and adverts. It covers the LottoAIPredictor app for iPhone and the websites under t1mcode.tech/lottoaipredictor.

2. Data stored on the device

Everything the app creates is stored in the app's own area on your iPhone and does not leave the phone:

None of this is sent to us or to any third party, and it is deleted when you delete the app. The exception is the few items in the keychain described in section 4.

The app does not use iCloud to sync data between your devices.

3. Fetching draw results

The app fetches draw results from our own result service, which runs on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Frankfurt). The request contains only which game it concerns and from which date results are wanted, plus a short-lived access token that identifies the app — not you or your phone. No device ID, no advertising ID and no information about your rows or tickets is sent.

What comes back is the draw's numbers and the official prize statistics for that draw: how many won in each prize tier, the prize amounts and the total turnover. These are figures published for everyone, not information about individual players. Neither we nor the app ever sees anyone else's ticket, row or choice of numbers, only how many landed in each prize tier. From those statistics the app works out how often each individual number is played, and uses that for "The numbers people play" and for the "Avoid popular rows" setting.

As with all network traffic, the request means that the IP address your phone has been given by your mobile or wifi provider reaches the service. It is logged by the service together with the time, for operations and security, and the logs are deleted after one week. We do not use them to identify you, do not link them to other information, and do not pass them on.

Draws are fetched only during the trial period and with an active subscription. After the trial the app does not contact the service until a subscription is in place.

4. The trial period and the keychain

The 21-day trial applies once per Apple ID. To keep it fixed, the app stores three items in the phone's keychain: the date the trial started, the latest time the app has seen on the clock, and a flag that the trial has been used up. The keychain survives the app being deleted and reinstalled — that is the whole point — but its contents are not personal data and are not shared with anyone.

The app also reads the date your Apple ID first obtained the app, from Apple's own signed receipt for the app (AppTransaction). That information lives with Apple and is read only locally, to decide when the trial started.

The keychain also holds the key the app uses to identify itself to the result service. It is the same for every installation and says nothing about you.

5. Adverts during the trial

During the free trial, full-screen adverts served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) are shown at intervals. The advertising library is not started until consent has been settled, and it is never started for subscribers or after the trial has ended.

Consent

You can say no to both and still use the app in full. You can change your choice at any time under "Privacy options for adverts" in the app's Settings, and the tracking permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.

What Google may process

When adverts are shown, Google may process device and usage information to serve, measure and — with consent — personalise adverts: the advertising identifier, IP address, device model and operating system, the app name, and how adverts are shown and tapped. The processing is described in Google's privacy policy and Google's information about partners. We receive none of this information ourselves, only aggregate figures about advert impressions.

The app also contains the list of advertising networks Apple uses to measure that an advert led to an installation (SKAdNetwork). That measurement happens at Apple without identifying you.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions are bought, renewed, managed and cancelled in the App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple, and we receive no payment or account details. The app only reads, locally, whether a valid subscription exists — via Apple's StoreKit — to decide what should be available. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchase data.

7. Read-aloud, Dynamic Island and language

Reading rows aloud uses the speech synthesis built into iOS. The numbers read out do not leave the phone. The number shown in the Dynamic Island and on the lock screen while you type is a local Live Activity, and it ends when the read-aloud finishes. The read-aloud can continue in the background while you switch to your lottery app; that is why the app has the background audio permission.

The country choice decides which games the app shows. Norway is preselected at first launch; the app does not read your phone's region, location or other system information to choose the country.

8. Third parties

WhoWhatWhen
AppleApp Store, StoreKit (subscriptions), AppTransaction (purchase date), SKAdNetworkAlways, as the platform
Google (AdMob and UMP)Adverts and the consent formOnly during the trial, after consent has been settled
Amazon Web Services (EU, Frankfurt)Hosting of the result service and the message service for the contact form, including the operations log that is deleted after one weekWhen fetching draws and when the contact form is submitted

No other third parties receive data from the app. We never sell information, and we use no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services.

9. The contact form on the website

If you use the contact form, your message is sent to our message service at Amazon Web Services in the EU. An e-mail address is optional and is used only to reply to you. Along with the message, the browser type, the page you sent from and the time are sent, to protect the service against abuse. Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with.

The websites use no cookies and no visitor statistics.

10. Age limit

Gambling has an age limit of 18 in Norway, and the app is not intended for or aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to object to processing. The only thing we hold is the operations log of IP addresses, which we cannot link to a person and which deletes itself after one week. Beyond that there is nothing with us to retrieve, correct or delete:

If you believe the processing breaches the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

12. Changes and contact

Material changes to this policy are published on this page with a new date, and in the app where relevant. Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact form.
