The probability of winning is unchanged
Lotto, Vikinglotto and Eurojackpot are pure games of chance. Every draw is independent of all previous draws, and every single combination has exactly the same probability in every single draw.
Whatever tools, models, analyses or aids you use — in this app or anywhere else — the real statistical probability of winning is the same. No prediction algorithm, machine-learning model or pattern analysis can foretell the outcome of future, random draws. That applies to everything you find in this app.
What the app actually does is describe draws that have already happened, put rows together according to the criteria you choose, and calculate exactly how large your probability is. The probability changes only with how many rows you play — never with which numbers are on them.
Everyone who uses the app must confirm that they have understood this before the app can be used.
1. The odds, per row played
The figures are pure combinatorics from the rules of the games — the same odds the operators themselves publish. The app shows them for the games in the country you have chosen.

If you play several different rows, the chance increases proportionally — ten rows give ten times the chance of one. That is the only way the probability can actually be increased. If you use exclusion rules or statistical outcome reduction, the app shows the probability given that your assumptions hold: if they do not, the rows cannot win at all. Overall, the probability remains unchanged.
2. Licence and right of use
LottoAIPredictor is developed and owned by t1mcode. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app on devices you own or control, as long as these terms and Apple's standard licence agreement for apps (EULA) are followed.
The app, its source code, models, design and content are protected by copyright. You may not sell, rent out, copy, decompile or create derivative products of the app without written consent from t1mcode.
3. No warranties
The app is provided "as is", without any warranty of winnings, accuracy, correctness or uninterrupted availability. t1mcode is not liable for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from use of the app or from gambling.
Draw results are fetched from our own result service and may be delayed or contain errors. The official results from the operator always take precedence over what the app shows, so always check your ticket with the operator.
4. Not affiliated with the operators
LottoAIPredictor is an independent analysis tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any lottery operator. The app does not sell games, does not accept stakes and does not pay out winnings — the operator in your country does that. Game names are used solely to describe which draws the analysis concerns.
5. Games and data follow your country
The app covers Lotto, Vikinglotto and Eurojackpot, and you get access to draw data, analyses and row suggestions only for the games actually offered in the country where you are registered as a player. In Norway all three apply; in countries that only have Eurojackpot, only Eurojackpot is synchronised, analysed and generated.
You choose the country yourself — Norway is preselected at first launch, and the choice can be changed at any time under Settings. The choice governs the whole app, and we deliver neither data nor suggestions for games that are not offered there. You are responsible for only playing the games you are legally allowed to play where you live.
6. Age limit and responsible gambling
Gambling has an age limit of 18 in Norway, and corresponding age limits apply in the other countries the app supports. The app is not intended for children.
Play with money you can afford to lose, and set your limits before you play — not afterwards. If you need someone to talk to, Hjelpelinjen is available on 800 800 40 in Norway, with corresponding helplines in the other countries.
7. Data and privacy
All analysis, machine learning and ticket history lives locally on your device. Played tickets are kept for 6 months and deleted automatically afterwards; you can delete them yourself at any time. The app has no user account, and your gaming data is never sent to us. Draw results are fetched from our result service without personal data.
During the free trial, adverts served by Google AdMob are shown. Before the first advert, the app asks for consent to how Google may use data for adverts, and your iPhone additionally asks for permission to track you across apps. You can say no and still use the app — adverts are then shown without personalisation. You can change your choice at any time under "Privacy options for adverts" in Settings. With an active subscription no adverts are shown and no advertising data is collected. The details are in the privacy policy.
8. Subscription, cancellation and refunds
The app is free for 21 days, with adverts. The trial applies once per Apple ID, at first installation — neither uninstalling, a new phone nor changing the date on the phone gives a new trial.
When the trial is over, a subscription is required — monthly, half-yearly or yearly — bought and managed in the App Store. Without a subscription the app stops at the launch ceremony, and "Subscribe" is the way forward. The subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled in the App Store no later than 24 hours before the period ends.
The subscription is cancelled in the App Store: under "Manage subscription" in Settings in the app, or on your iPhone under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Neither the app nor we can cancel it for you — cancellation always happens with Apple.
Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. If you cancel later than 24 hours before the period ends, the next renewal goes through, and the cancellation takes effect from the period after that.
Paid periods are not refunded. We give no refund for unused time — neither on cancellation, for lack of use nor when the app is deleted. All purchases are handled by Apple, so any refund request must be directed to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com and is decided by Apple under the App Store terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country take precedence over this in any case.
The price may change. Apple notifies you of a price increase in advance, and the increase takes effect only after you have accepted it.
9. Changes to the service
The app is under continuous development. We may at any time — without prior notice — change, add, restrict or remove features, models, games, countries and data sources, and we may discontinue the service entirely. No particular feature, model or analysis is guaranteed in future versions.
If the service is discontinued, further renewals of the subscription are stopped. Periods already paid for are not refunded.
10. Changes to the terms
Material changes are announced in the app and must be accepted before the app can be used further. This page is updated at the same time, with a new date.
