This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and T1M Code ("Developer") for the use of Peak Condition ("App").
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to Developer and title thereto remains in Developer. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to Developer.
The App offers optional in-app purchases ("Supporter" status) that remove advertisements. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
The App is intended for fitness tracking and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise programme.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
