T1M Code ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Peak Condition mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

We take your privacy seriously. Peak Condition is designed with privacy in mind — your health data stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Information We Collect

Health & Fitness Data

Peak Condition accesses the following data from Apple HealthKit:

• Heart rate measurements
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Workout data (duration, calories, distance)
• VO₂max estimates
• Resting heart rate
• Sleep data
• Body measurements (weight, height, age)

This data is stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account (if enabled). We do not have access to this data.

Location Data

For outdoor workouts with GPS tracking enabled, we collect:

• GPS coordinates during the workout
• Altitude/elevation data
• Speed and pace calculations

Location data is stored locally on your device and is only shared if you choose to export workouts to third-party services.

Device Information

We may collect basic device information for app functionality:

• Device model and operating system version
• App version
• Language and region settings

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide the App's functionality:

• Display real-time workout metrics
• Calculate heart rate zones and training load
• Generate recovery and readiness scores
• Track workout history and progress
• Provide personalised training recommendations

We do not use your health data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.

Data Storage & Security

Local Storage

All health and workout data is stored locally on your Apple devices using:

• Apple HealthKit (encrypted by iOS)
• App-specific storage (protected by iOS sandboxing)
• iCloud sync (if enabled, encrypted by Apple)

No Cloud Servers

We do not operate servers that store your personal health data. Your data remains on your devices and Apple's iCloud infrastructure.

Encryption

All data stored on your device is protected by iOS encryption. Data synced via iCloud is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's security infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

Strava & Garmin Connect

If you choose to connect your Strava or Garmin account, workout data will be shared with these services when you export workouts. This sharing is:

• Initiated only by your explicit action
• Subject to Strava's and Garmin's respective privacy policies
• Revocable at any time by disconnecting the integration

Google AdMob (Free Version)

The free version of Peak Condition displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifier
• IP address
• General location (country/region)
• App usage data for ad relevance

You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising). Upgrading to Supporter status removes all advertisements and AdMob data collection.

Apple Services

Peak Condition uses Apple frameworks (HealthKit, MapKit, WatchKit) which are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except:

• With your consent — When you explicitly choose to export data to Strava, Garmin, or other services
• For legal compliance — If required by law or to protect our legal rights
• Aggregated data — We may share anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify individual users

Your Rights

Access

All your data is accessible directly within the App. Health data can also be viewed in Apple's Health app.

Deletion

You can delete:

• Individual workouts from the History screen
• All app data by uninstalling the App
• Health data through Apple's Health app

Export

You can export your workout data in FIT or TCX format from the workout detail screen.

Opt-Out

You can:

• Disable location tracking in iOS Settings
• Revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings
• Opt out of personalised ads in iOS Settings
• Disconnect third-party integrations at any time

Children's Privacy

Peak Condition is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

We recommend reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

For users in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your rights under GDPR include:
